Re-generation of inner-city retail and restaurant site. The project included demolition of retired two-storey building (saving part of front facade and removing deep cellars), refurbishment to create 5 units on multiple levels for new tenants, major internal structural alterations and a two-storey extension to the rear with roof terrace. The project required working in a very confined town center site with neighboring businesses and retail outlets in operation throughout.
